If you have questions or if you are unsure whether or not you've bought a ticket, please be in touch with Theresa Kay at [email protected]. Also, as a courtesy, if you know your student will not attend, please let Theresa know.  Thank you!

The Food Committee...

is looking for volunteers.  They are in need of chairpeople for certain portions of the planning as well as helpers for various jobs throughout the process leading up to Grad Night and on June 15th, the night of the event.  If you are interested in helping, please contact Lisa Dicus at [email protected] or call .

Activities... Share your snapshots!

We need pictures from a variety of events taken through Senor year for our Grad Night slideshow presentation.  Please forward snapshots from sports activities, homecoming, Senior events, performing arts presentations or summer activities with Senior friends to Patty Lainez at [email protected].

Memory Room...

colllages are due April1st to Kinkos, in Danville.  Please be sure to use the template (forms are below) and deliver it soon.  Questions, please contact Seanne Krogman: [email protected].  Thank you!

Donations

If you are not able to physically help out because of work/schedule conflicts, you can help us in another way.  We want to make this a "night to remember" for our seniors, and the Prize Committee is requesting monetary donations (which are company match eligible!) and/or gift cards/certificates (iTunes, Starbucks, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Best Buy are very popular with the kids).  These donations will go directly into providing raffle prizes and take-home gifts for our students.

In addition, we are looking for personal connections to businesses that may be able to supply prizes or who may wish to underwrite a portion of Grad Night expenses.  If you can help with this or have business connections that might, please email Richard Schumm at

Ink Cartridge Fundraiser

Please donate your empty ink cartridges and help offset Grad Night expenses.  PLEASE HELP! Bring your empty ink cartridges (from printers, copy machines, etc., any size will do) to the old staff lounge at SRVHS and place them in the Grad Night Ink Cartridge bin. Please ask your companies to help as well. We will arrange pick up from any local company. Please email Theresa Kay with any questions: .
