IN PERSON Come to the Registrar's office during office hours (8:30 - 4:30 M-F) and fill out a request form. The fee is $2 for current students / $4 for alumni. If we are mailing the transcript for you, bring in a stamped legal-sized (No. 10) envelope addressed to the institution. We can meet your request while you wait! |

SRVHS WEB STORE To order from the SRVHS Web Store, simply click here! The fee is $5 and the turn around time is 2-3 days. This option is recommended to those of you who are out of the area and your request is not time sensitive. This on-line service is available 24/7. |
